Trader Joe's is an innovative grocery chain that was founded in
California in 1958 and has become a favorite among health conscious and
bargain shoppers alike. As of April 2020, there were 505 locations
nationwide and the chain can attribute much of their success to the
quality food sold at very competitive prices. The "fresh format" grocery
store buys directly from the source and then uses private labels on
their products, cutting out the middleman and passing savings onto the
customer. Every location is designed to represent its respective area
and offers many local ethically sourced foods. What’s not to love!
