To the degree that we look clearly and compassionately at ourselves, we feel confident and fearless about looking into someone else's eyes. It is a way of moving into stillness in order to experience the truth of who you are. The success of Yoga does not lie in the ability to perform postures but in how it positively changes the way we live our life and our relationships.
