There are several different types of tea, including white, yellow, green,
black and oolong. What’s amazing is that they all
originate from the same plant: Camellia sinensis.
The different varieties are due to different processes after harvesting.
For example, green tea undergoes less oxidation than black tea.

Steeping time: 3-5 minutes
Additions: May serve with milk, sugar, honey, a slice of
lemon, or drink as is
Green tea 🍵
Steeping temperature: 61 - 87°C
Steeping time: 30 seconds - 3 minutes
Additions: Best enjoyed as is, without milk or other
additions
