Especially if you have an avocado
Avocados are native to Central and South America. Mexico in particular is an important export country. The fruit grows on a tree that can reach a height of twenty meters. One tree produces between 150 and 500 fruits per year. Because they are imported from America, Africa and Israel, the fruit is available all year round.
There are about 400 different types of avocado available. In the Netherlands you will find four, of which the Hass variety, with its rough skin, is the most you see.
