WHITE WINE

PINOT GRIGIO

Vine
Originally also from France and better known in France as Pinot Gris. The Pinot Grigio is a dry wine, just like Chardonnay, but naturally a bit spicier and crunchier. When drinking Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay, you will discover citrus undertones, as well as those of apple, pear and even the slightest hint of honey. The delicate nature of Pinot Grigio goes perfectly with fish and seafood. The wine brings out the flavors of the dishes and vice versa. Consider a seafood salad or scampi with fettuccine.
How about grilled salmon or a delicious fried halibut?
