It is a delicacy for many people including myself, and it can be served with different kinds of swallows as well, ranging from fufu, eba, poundo to starch. Egusi soup is very popular and can be gotten at any restruant in Nigeria, as a matter of fact it should be a must try for anyone coming to Nigeria for the first time. Garnished with different kinds of meat from chicken, beef, pork, offals even to fish.
