Growing up, Chef Avital Wohl was immersed in cooking and learning how
to create simple food from a lineage of great cooks. The passion and
focus continued through to young adulthood where she found herself in
Sonoma County, land of plenty. These tasting menus are a direct
reflection of hands on practices and years of kitchen experience and
experimentation.
