My favourite vegan soup is Clear Shoyu and you can taste it in a
beautiful Vegan Ramen Shop in Warsaw! It's clear broth with 6 different
mushroom species. It has a distinct unami flavour that is accented using
a mix of soy sauses as well as oil seasoned with apples, onions and
ginger. It also contains: enoki, leek, mizuna, baked tomatoes. Suitable
for children and adults who are allergic to sesame.
