CORYLUS CROCHET
Exploring the Art of Crochet
BEGINNINGS
I first learned how to crochet when I was 14, after I was gifted a crochet book, a hook and a few balls of yarn.
It took some time before I could get my first row of single or double crochets, but it was definitely worth the effort.
I started small, with projects such as granny squares and very simple amigurumi characters.
I have since moved on from the humble granny square.
I am now able to create more intricate mandalas, baby hats and booties, scarves, and amigurumi characters inspired by my favourite movies and games.
A small handful of my work can be seen above!
