It is a restaurant with locations throughout Japan that specializes in fluffy, souffle pancakes. These pancakes normally take 20 to 40 minutes of preparation time (depending on how crowded the place is), as these pancakes are made every time an order is placed. Since no baking powder is used in making these pancakes, the cooks have to whip up the eggs into a meringue, to give you the jiggliest pancakes with very impressive texture.
