(or A Happy Pancake as it translates to English), is literally your happy pill.

It is a restaurant with locations throughout Japan that specializes in fluffy, souffle pancakes. These pancakes normally take 20 to 40 minutes of preparation time (depending on how crowded the place is), as these pancakes are made every time an order is placed. Since no baking powder is used in making these pancakes, the cooks have to whip up the eggs into a meringue, to give you the jiggliest pancakes with very impressive texture. They are definitely worth the wait and your main dilemma will probably be choosing which to order among their wide selection. Here are some of their most popular pancakes:
