A berry is a small, pulpy, and often edible fruit. Typically, berries are juicy, rounded, brightly
colored,
sweet, sour or tart, and do not have a stone or pit, although many pips or seeds may be present.
Common examples are strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries,
red
currants, white currants
and blackcurrants.
Berries’re high in fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidant polyphenols.
