Kimbap is a roll with rice, seaweed, radish pickled in Korean style, as
well as some other vegetables, also egg, meat, or fish if preferred. The
shape and the taste makes it a perfect lunch or snack, that can be eaten
on-the-go or as a fancy dining dish, depending on the time and
preference. Flavoured with Korean sesame oil, some seasoning, and
pickled radish, kimbap was made to be loved by everyone who ever tasted
it.
