Ingredients:

  • 3 shots of cranberry juice
  • 1 shot of fresh lime juice
  • 1 shot of Cointreau orange liqueur
  • 2 shots of good quality vodka
  • Orange or lemon peel to garnish
  • A handful of ice

    • Method:

    Add all liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
    Use the peel of an orange to wipe around the edge of a cold martini glass.
    Strain cocktail shaker content into the martini glass and garnish with a twisted orange peel.
