I never looked for a specific breed, but my friend's mini dachshund
happened to be expecting. That's how I ended up with a mini dachshund
myself!
Dachshund are smart and clever dogs. They love to burrow under blankets, curl up on your lap,
love to love and be loved. If you happen to be eating, they'll be there
watching you. They are very stubborn so they won't stop begging for food. (They love food, maybe a little too much! LOL) They're shaped like a hot dog, have tiny
t-rex arms, but big hearts.
It's easy to fall in love with them. I didn't think I would end up with a
weiner dog, but glad I did because she's perfect! If you're cosidering getting a Mini Dachshund, you won't regret it, but make sure you have time and love for them.
