My July Trip to Maui

In just a few days, I will be going to Maui with my daughter and my best friend! It will be the first time for each of us and we are so excited. Check out some of the stuff we plan on doing in Maui!

Maui is an island in the Central Pacific, part of the Hawaiian archipelago. Sprawling Haleakala National Park encompasses the island’s highest peak, volcanic Haleakala, as well as the pools and waterfalls of Ohe’o Gulch, accessed via scenic, winding Hana Highway. The island's 30 miles of beaches include golden-crescent Kapalua, sheltered from strong currents by lava-rock promontories.

Maui boasts more beginner surf breaks than any other Hawaiian Island. The beginner surf spots should be perfect for us since they are easily accessible to someone who has never surfed before, a non-competitive and friendly vibe in the water, and lack of dangerous obstacles like reef, rocks and rip tides.

We plan on visiting Haleakala Volcano, which rises 10,000 ft above sea level and has a spectacular crater at the summit. Sunrises and sunsets here are world class and one of the most popular of all Maui activities.

Molokini is a crescent-shaped, partially submerged volcanic crater which forms a small, uninhabited islet located in ʻAlalākeiki Channel between the islands of Maui and Kahoʻolawe, within Maui County in Hawaiʻi. We will go snorkeling here!

🛩 I absolutely love traveling and try to plan trips as often as possible.
There are endless places to go, things to do and people to meet. 🧳
