In no particular order, here is a list of my top 5 places to visit in Grenada!
1. Morne Rouge Bay
Morne Rouge Bay is near the southern tip of Grenada. It has beautiful white sands and calm, jade-green seas which makes it one of the safest beaches for swimming in Grenada.
2. Carenage
Carenage is known as the lively hub of the town St George's. You can browse the shops or dine in at one of the restaurants, where fresh seafood caught by the local fishermen is served.
3. Spice Tours & Tastings
About an hour's drive from St George's, the Belmont Estate offers a variety of tours that explore the organic farm and it's tropical fruits and spices. You can learn about the cultivation of cocoa and how the fruit is made into delicious chocolate🍫. You may even get to try some treats prepared with Grenada's most reputable spice - Nutmeg!
4. Underwater Sculpture Park
On the west coast of Grenada, a short drive from north of St. George's at Moliniere Bay, the Underwater Sculpture Park is a unique submerged gallery that also serves as an artificial reef in a marine protected area.
5. Grand Etang National Park & Forest Reserve
This national park is found in the interiour of the island, and is home to a rich diversity of plants and animals. A focal point of this park is the beautiful Grand Etang Lake.
