Cherries are low in calories and chock full of fibre, vitamins, minerals, nutrients, and other good-for-you ingredients. You'll get vitamins C, A, and K. Each long-stemmed fruit delivers potassium, magnesium, and calcium too. They also bring antioxidants, like beta-carotene, and the essential nutrient choline.
Cherries can be easily grown at home and there are choices to suit all sizes of garden, including compact options for small plots and even containers. They come in a range of shapes - upright, spreading, rounded or weeping. Cherry trees are famous for their beautiful cherry blossoms in the spring, with delightful flowers and beautiful forms.
