We all love coding, and when we hit a flow we can get caught up for hours
in front of the computer. Unfortunately, spending too much time sitting
at a screen can lead to problems like muscular pain and
headaches.
Practicing physical yoga postures, known in the original Sanskrit language as "asana", can help relieve tension in
the neck, shoulders, back, and hips. Yogic breathing, or "pranayama", and mindfulness meditation
can help reduce mental stress.
