My Fitness Journey


Gym journey

I started going to the gym in April, 2022. I started with basic cardio, lunges and basic core exercises such as crunches, I'm currently working on my enduarnce at the gym. It has been an inconsistent but enjoyable journey so far, despite this I have seen results. I have lost 5kg, if I was consistent with my gym attendance and diet, I'll have better results.
