The four main types of tea include: white tea, green tea, oolong tea, and black tea. White tea has less caffeine than any other tea. Green tea has a distinct earthy flavor and produces a green or yellow tea color. Oolong tea is between a green and black tea, in terms of oxidation. Oolong teas can range in color. Black tea is oxidized fully before being dried. This process results in a dark and complex-flavored tea. Black tea does not have the earthy qualities of green tea. Instead, black tea is said to have a very unique flavor in the food and drink world. Personally, I love oolong tea the best!
