Chef David Chang gives a new perspective on how the food we eat today is
affecting the food of tomorrow
With each episode, Chef Chang offers realistic yet unique solutions to the
issues such as overconsumption, 'the new normal', wages, and longevity.
Airing just six episodes, this 2021 docu-series caught my eye immediately.
Having recognized and respected the two Michelin star 'JB' award-winning
chef; I was intimidately intrigued to hear his take on what the future
holds as well as what the average person could do to aid in preventing
problems from worsing. The ideas he mentions are not nuance, however, his
approach, likability, and frankness pushed me to make a change in my own
eating habits.
I myself, related most to his lack of discipline with foods,

If I
had the discipline, I'd probably try to be a vegetarian or something
like that, on paper, in theory, it makes more sense, but I have a hard
time doing it",
I could not do it either. Instead, I decided to at least cut-back on my
animal byproduct by choosing to have meat-free days at least 2-3 times a
